Steven and Jeanelle Teves are a creative couple and parents living in New York City. Steven is an illustrator and Jeanelle is a creator and the Chief Commercial Officer at Bugaboo. They wrote Rover Starts Over for their children, Elena and Max, but really for every kid who's ever compared themselves to someone else and wondered if they measure up.
